Lance has worked with TC2 founders Craig and Matt in the past and joins them once again here at TC2. Lance brings over 20 years of experience in leading a variety of planning projects. The breadth of his work has touched on all aspects of planning including comprehensive/land use plans, neighborhood studies, public health initiatives, expanded multimodal planning, corridor studies, parking and micro-mobility assessments, asset management, and grant funding coordination. His approach is built on trust and genuinely listening to community needs, aspirations, and desires. He is a past president of APA MN and a dedicated volunteer to professional organizations that advance ethical planning practices.
