Director of Community Planning

Stephanie has over 15 years of experience as a planner and engager to the TC2 Crew. Through past roles, she collaborated with many of the TC2 team members, including founders Craig and Matt, and is thrilled to be part of the crew. Stephanie enjoys working closely with communities to explore goals and identify future actions and investments through collaboration with staff, residents, and stakeholders. The possibilities are endless with thoughtful planning, sound community engagement, and appropriate analysis. Stephanie’s experience spans a range of planning typologies, including comprehensive and land use planning, small area plans, long-range transportation plans, corridor studies, engagement strategies, strategic plans, zoning ordinance administration and updates, and environmental planning and documentation. Her approach focuses on collaboration and creating opportunities where everyone can share experiences, learn new things, and work together to create implementable and impactful solutions.
